Your role

As a Solutions Delivery Manager you are responsible for overseeing the deployment and integration of WTSS verification and monitoring solutions. You ensure that the customer understands the WTSS offering, requirements are gathered, work is planned, and verification and monitoring solutions are implemented smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.

A Solution Delivery Manager is crucial in ensuring that new systems and software solutions are successfully dilevered and integrated into the client’s organization. You combine project management, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills to oversee the entire implementation and service process, from planning and coordination to training and support. This role is vital for the smooth adoption of new technologies and the ongoing success of our services.

Who we are looking for

For this full-time role we are looking for an analytical and communicative project manager, who has sound stakeholder and project management skills. You are hands-on and enjoy engaging with clients and troubleshoot complex technical issues. You are effective in communication with customers, team members and (internal) stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Understanding of solution implementation in banks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in diverse (remote) settings, and lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • You are permitted to work in The Netherlands.
